Our Mission

Our mission at Senior Care Solutions is to meet you where you, or your loved one, need support. We provide residential assisted living and adult day respite care. We are committed to redefining senior care by offering individualized and specialized services delivered with compassion and dedication in a true, home environment.

Our residential assisted living services are redefining senior living one home at a time. We provide a small home design that looks and feels like your very own home. Our day program allows you to remain at home and only receive the support you need throughout the day or while your caregivers are away.

Our Core Values

Quality of Life. Aging does not mean giving up your hobbies, desires, or your freedom. We want to make sure you continue to live life to its fullest despite undeniable changes brought on by aging.
Care with Compassion. Our care attendants are specially trained to meet your individual needs. We provide care with compassion because we are passionate about helping you age with grace.
Small Home Design. Our home is your home and our front door is open to your family and friends just like it was your own.

What Makes Us Different

We are privately owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist. The values and specialized education of an Occupational Therapist includes helping individuals live a quality of life and engage in tasks and activities that are meaningful to them despite illness or injury. Occupational Therapists work with individuals across the lifespan to restore function in the presence of a deficit; help to adapt the way a person carries out a task or activity when faced with limitations; and often modifies environments that promote ongoing independence.

Our Team

Our team consists of care partners that are specially trained to meet your needs or the individual needs of a loved one. They undergo specialized training and ongoing training that surpasses state requirements to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of those we serve. We do not hire separate staff with separate job descriptions; everyone on our team is here to provide a true, home atmosphere and a culture that cares for our Elders.

Our Leader

The team is led by a skilled and accomplished Occupational Therapist, Jannah Oppermann. Dr. Oppermann received her clinical doctorate degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2003. She has worked across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, outpatient care clinics, and continuous care retirement communities. She has a passion for clinical leadership, education, and program development and a passion for caring for the elderly. Her mission is to provide a home and a culture that is desirable to individuals and their families. She recognizes not every family member is a caregiver and wants to remove that burden from families.
